Person Specification

Qualifications (Essential):

• CCAB qualification
• Post graduate qualification/ master's degree or relevant equivalent experience
• Evidence of continuous personal and professional development

Experience & Knowledge (Essential):

• Experience in a senior finance management role (director level) within a complex environment including health and social care/public sector
• Demonstrable success at a senior level of managing operations in a large organisation and acute experience at a senior level
• Proven experience of working and contributing at Board level
• Experience of presenting complex financial information to public meetings
• Track record of delivering complex, high impact projects in area of specialist expertise
• Significant experience of strategic financial management within a large complex organisation
