Youth Connect South West (YCSW) is seeking a visionary, values-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead our dynamic charity into its next chapter.

Over the past five years, we have grown from a small, spun-out council service into an ambitious, independent organisation delivering youth work, alternative education, careers support, and targeted interventions for young people aged 11–25.

We are looking for a CEO who will:

• Lead strategically and operationally with compassion and clarity
• Champion young people’s voices and wellbeing in all decision-making
• Forge strong relationships across sectors, from public to private
• Drive sustainable growth while staying true to our mission and values

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Proven leadership experience in the charity or youth sector
• Strategic and operational planning skills
• Experience in business development and stakeholder engagement
• A deep understanding of youth work principles and safeguarding
• Passion for equity, inclusion, and young people’s empowerment
