As CEO, you will drive our mission to empower young people and transform lives, leading a values-driven, people-first organization that provides life-changing support.
You should be a collaborative and entrepreneurial leader with senior experience in the voluntary sector, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
A key focus will be leading our income generation strategy. We are looking for someone with experience in this area to help expand our organization.
