As CEO, you will lead our mission of empowering young people and transforming lives, managing a values-driven, people-first organization that provides person-centred, life-changing support to those in need.
You should be a collaborative and entrepreneurial leader with senior leadership experience in the voluntary sector. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement is essential.
A key objective for our new CEO will be to lead our income generation strategy; therefore, we are looking for someone with relevant experience in this area.
