HSBC Holdings plc seeks a Director of Executive Communications to advise and shape communications for the Group Chair, Group CEO and Group CFO. You will translate priorities into strategic narratives, working with the Group Head of Executive Communications to deliver across internal and external moments with high media and reputational impact.

Qualifications

Experience in complex, high-profile organisations or strategic advisory environments.
Advising Chairs, CEOs, CFOs or other C-suite leaders with sound judgement.
Strong writing ability to turn complex subjects into clear, engaging messages.
Ability to balance strategic counsel with hands-on execution in fast-paced contexts.

Responsabilités

Translate priorities of senior leaders into communications strategies and interventions.
Counsel leaders on positioning, reputation, and high-profile engagements.
Develop distinctive executive voices while ensuring coherence with strategy and reputation.
Shape narratives linking performance to economic and societal context.
Oversee communications for major leadership moments and investor materials.
Create high-quality materials: speeches, remarks, briefs, presentations, Q&A and social content.
Coordinate with Media Relations to align messaging across channels.
