The role blends strategic counsel with hands‑on delivery to shape executive narratives for internal and external moments in a highly scrutinised environment.

You will oversee leadership communications across results, investor materials, media preparation and priority content, ensuring coherence with HSBC’s strategy and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex, high‑profile organisations or strategic advisory environments.
• Experience across multiple communications disciplines (executive, media, reputation, public affairs).
• Experience advising senior leaders on reputation and high‑profile engagements.

Responsabilités

• Translate priorities of the Group Chair, Group CEO and Group CFO into strategies, narratives and interventions.
• Counsel senior leaders on positioning, reputation and engagements with constructive challenge.
• Develop distinct communications approaches while staying coherent with HSBC’s strategy and reputation.
