Job summary

Northern Marine Manning Services is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to join Hebridean Island Cruises. You must have the right to work in the UK and be available to join around November for a 3 week on/off rotation.

The role requires at least 2 years at sea as Chief Engineer and a full set of STCW certifications. All essential certifications including CoC, STCW Fire Fighting, Medical First Aid, and related safety trainings are mandatory.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years at sea as Chief Engineer.
  • Valid Chief Engineer CoC and STCW certifications listed.
  • Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

  • Join Hebridean Island Cruises on an ongoing 3 week on/off rotation.
  • Maintain navigational and engineering systems on board to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Adhere to maritime safety and security procedures while afloat.
