Job summary

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a strategic Head of Digital Operations & Infrastructure to plan, assure, and securely deliver core digital services across the Trust. Reporting to the Director of Digital Operations, the post holder will translate the digital strategy into executable roadmaps for Service Delivery and Core Infrastructure, ensuring resilient, compliant systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assure, and securely deliver core digital infrastructure and user support services across the Trust.
• 50% focused on Digital Service Delivery and Service Strategy: govern Service Desk, Telephony, IT Admin, and small project delivery.
• 50% focused on Core Infrastructure Strategy and Resilience: lead planning, architecture, security assurance and evolution of Server, Data Centre, Network and foundational Digital Solutions infrastructure.
• Ensure governance compliance with NHS and local requirements to support patient care and staff experience.
