Job summary

Sullivan & Stanley is seeking a Delivery Director to lead the North hub’s client engagements and delivery teams. You will ensure successful delivery, coach teams, and act as a trusted sounding board for clients across a multi‑million-pound portfolio.

You will blend management consulting with client-side delivery, shaping solutions and outcomes, and advancing growth while upholding our Customers for Life philosophy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex change programmes at scale.
• Strong track record of leading multi-million-pound client engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at CxO level and across senior teams.
• Experience in pre-sales support and shaping engagements.
• Leadership with a people-first approach and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a multi-year portfolio across enterprise clients.
• Ensure successful outcomes and value delivery within 90-day cycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and consultants with client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Principal and MD in pre-sales and execution planning.
• Drive knowledge sharing and best practice across S&S and client communities.
• Model company values and responsible leadership.
