Job summary

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust seeks a senior leader to drive data, digital and AI innovations across the Trust and external partners. You will shape the data strategy, evaluate advanced analytics, AI and cloud capabilities, and guide governance across clinical, operational and corporate services.

You will translate complex needs into credible solutions, build consensus across boundaries, and influence senior stakeholders while balancing innovation with governance and value

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in BI, digital, ICT or information management.
• Experience as strategic advisor to senior clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of solution design principles, enterprise architecture and governance.
• Expert knowledge of AI, cloud and modern analytical technologies (Azure, Fabric, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, FDP).
• Experience in business cases, options appraisals and strategic recommendations.
• Understanding NHS digital strategy and information governance requirements.
• Experience across organisational boundaries with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• The role translates strategic priorities into innovative business, data and digital solutions.
• Lead solution strategy, governance and value realisation for NHS data initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and corporate leaders; engage external partners.
• Develop policies and SLAs, maintain data governance and cyber security alignment.
• Manage budgets and third-party contracts; enable efficient data & digital procurement.
• Lead federated team development, coaching and professional growth.
