You will oversee advanced analytics, governance and the development of analytical tools, ensuring robust validation, reproducibility and clear communication to clinical and operational stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the data science discipline across the Strategic Value Unit and Population Health Unit.
• Direct complex analytics projects using statistical, data science and operational research methods.
• Analyse population health needs and commissioning data to inform strategy and decision making.
• Develop analytical products with validation, monitoring and documentation.
• Provide senior technical oversight of large health datasets and governance.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Line manage the team including performance, development and wellbeing.
