Job summary

Kainos is seeking a CTO (AI Business Solutions) to lead technology strategy across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft AI, ensuring secure, scalable and differentiated solutions.

You will engage with C-suite customers and Microsoft partners, shape AI-first offerings, guide governance and capabilities, and drive growth through strategic technology leadership within the AI Business Solutions practice.

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating in a senior technology leadership or CTO-level role within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with exposure to Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
• Proven track record in shaping AI-enabled solutions at scale with governance and commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology and AI strategy for the AI Business Solutions practice across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure AI.
• Engage executive customers at the C-suite level to shape transformation agendas and position Kainos as a strategic Microsoft partner.
• Own governance and engineering standards to ensure secure, scalable delivery across flagship bids and programmes.
• Drive innovation and differentiation through AI-first offerings and accelerators.
• Develop and mentor senior technical leadership across the practice, aligning capability strategy with Microsoft ecosystem evolution.
