Job summary

Kainos’ AI Business Solutions Practice is seeking a CTO to lead technology and AI direction across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure AI. You will shape a scalable, secure, and differentiated technology roadmap while engaging senior stakeholders and Microsoft partners to accelerate growth.

You will collaborate with senior architects to translate AI roadmap into repeatable offerings, drive governance, and mentor the technical leadership community.

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating in a senior technology leadership or CTO-level role within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with Copilot and Azure AI.
• Proven ability to drive AI-enabled transformation with scale and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve technology and AI strategy for the AI Business Solutions practice.
• Define the long-term technology roadmap for the practice.
• Define how AI-augmented workflows and agent-based patterns are designed and scaled across customer solutions.
• Establish architectural and AI design principles ensuring security and compliance.
• Engage with executive customers, Microsoft and partners to drive growth.
• Lead governance and engineering standards across delivery teams.
