Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a CTO to steer AI-enabled business applications and technology strategy across a growing UK consulting practice. The role combines CTO-level leadership, enterprise architecture and commercial development, focusing on scalable, governed AI-enabled solutions.

The candidate will drive AI strategy, governance and engagement with C-suite stakeholders, building a high-performing technology team and partnerships within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership experience, ideally in Microsoft-focused consulting or enterprise technology.
• Broad expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and Azure AI.

Responsibilities

• Define and own AI and business applications technology strategy, architecture and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
• Advise C-suite on AI adoption, technology transformation and enterprise architecture.
• Promote responsible AI, security, governance, data privacy and ethical technology adoption.
• Lead and develop senior architects, engineers and technical specialists across a growing practice.
