Job summary

Collinson Group is seeking a Director of AI & Innovation to identify, incubate and scale AI and innovation opportunities across the business. You will lead the enterprise AI strategy, build collaborations with partners and drive measurable value through scalable, governable solutions.

The role sits on the Technology & Data Leadership Team and requires strong governance, risk management and external ecosystem engagement to empower travel, loyalty and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience across innovation, AI, digital transformation and adopting emerging technologies.
• Experience identifying and scaling AI and innovation initiatives within complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, intelligent automation, digital ecosystems and emerging customer engagement trends.
• Experience working across business, product, engineering, analytics and commercial functions to deliver transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise AI and innovation strategy aligned to company priorities and long-term business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritise high-value opportunities across AI, intelligent automation, digital experiences, customer engagement, and data-driven products and services.
• Drive adoption of practical AI capabilities across the organisation to accelerate productivity and customer value.
