Job summary

The Travel Corporation is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive enterprise AI enablement across the group. You will shape frameworks for Generative AI, identify high-value opportunities and work with senior stakeholders to move concepts into scalable solutions.

Hybrid role based in London with a focus on responsible AI, governance, and practical adoption across multiple brands. You will coordinate with Data Science, Engineering, Security and Legal teams to deliver value while maintaining

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering AI or AI-enabled transformation in a complex organisation.
Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems and LLM architectures.
Experience guiding AI initiatives from concept to adoption.

Responsibilities

Shape TTC's enterprise AI enablement strategy and adoption roadmap.
Identify and prioritise AI opportunities with measurable impact.
Translate business challenges into well-defined AI use cases.
Lead PoC and PoV work and decide what scales.
Create reusable frameworks for Generative AI and broader AI adoption.
Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Technology, Security and Legal teams to deploy solutions.
Establish governance for responsible AI, privacy, security and oversight.
Create reusable patterns and tools rather than isolated solutions.
Build AI literacy across the business and articulate where AI adds value.
