Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule SACT treatment and Outpatients appointments
• Communicate appointment information to patients and relatives
• Maintain and update patient demographics and notes in the information system
• Ensure appointments meet deadlines and service targets
• Provide cover and support across the division as required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Handle patient enquiries with professionalism and empathy
