KPI Recruiting Ltd is recruiting for a Chemistry Graduate Learning Support Assistant in Tower Hamlets, London. The role involves supporting students across a secondary school, with 1:1 and small-group support, and assisting with Science and Chemistry lessons.

We seek a Chemistry graduate with a 2:1 or higher, strong communication skills, and a passion for education. DBS required; role is Monday–Friday, full-time, ASAP start.

Pay: £110–£150 per day

Contract: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Are you a Chemistry Graduate looking to gain valuable experience within a secondary school?

We are currently recruiting for a Chemistry Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Tower Hamlets, E1.

The role:

• Supporting students across the secondary school

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support

• Supporting students with their academic development

• Assisting with Science and Chemistry lessons

• Helping students understand challenging scientific concepts

• Working alongside teachers and the SEN team

• Supporting students with additional learning needs

• Helping students build confidence, independence and engagement

The ideal candidate:

• Chemistry degree – 2:1 or above

• Strong academic background in Chemistry

• Passionate about education and supporting young people

• Confident, patient and approachable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interested in pursuing a career in teaching, education, Science or a related field

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential

DBS required – applicants without a DBS can be supported through the process.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chemistry Graduate to gain hands-on experience in a secondary school while developing valuable classroom, pastoral and SEN experience.
