We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Maths Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Tower Hamlets.

Supporting students across the secondary school
Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Supporting students with Maths and numeracy
Helping students understand challenging mathematical concepts
Working alongside class teachers and the SEN team
Supporting students with additional learning needs
Helping students build confidence and independence
Assisting with classroom activities and behaviour support
Degree in Maths or a related subject
Strong mathematical knowledge
Passionate about education and supporting young people
Confident, patient and approachable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interested in developing a career within education
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
DBS required – applicants without a DBS can be supported through the process.
