Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is recruiting for a Chemistry Graduate Learning Support Assistant in Tower Hamlets, London. The role involves supporting students across a secondary school, with 1:1 and small-group support, and assisting with Science and Chemistry lessons.

We seek a Chemistry graduate with a 2:1 or higher, strong communication skills, and a passion for education. DBS required; role is Monday–Friday, full-time, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Chemistry degree (2:1 or above) with strong chemistry background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about education and helping students.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students across the secondary school.
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support.
• Assisting with Science and Chemistry lessons.
• Helping students understand challenging scientific concepts.
• Working alongside teachers and the SEN team.
• Supporting students with additional learning needs.
• Helping students build confidence, independence and engagement.
