Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of industrial manufacturing experience.
• Experience with C1D1/C1D2 explosion-proof environments.
• Good written English, computer skills, and MS Office.
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and stand long.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical process equipment per procedures, including PLCs.
• Follow specs and ISO 9001/AS9100 for quality.
• Perform complex liquid/chemical batch manufacturing.
• Work in C1D1/C1D2 environments handling hazardous materials.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
• Route samples for quality control inspections.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and proper waste disposal.
• Contribute to safety improvement programs and policies.
