Palé Hall, situated beside Snowdonia National Park, is recruiting chefs of all levels for a luxury, world-class dining experience. Join a renowned Five Red Star country house hotel with Michelin‑inspired ambition and a supportive team in a stunning rural setting.

We offer full-time contracts, onsite parking, share of monthly gratuities, staff meals, canteen, accommodation and employee discounts. Commis, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef opportunities available, with shift patterns to suit
