Qualificações

• Must have experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Experience of cooking from scratch.
• Confident to support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English.
• Excellent communicator who is learner and quality focused.
• Organisational skills and ability to plan time effectively.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.

Responsabilidades

• Train, assess and deliver Chef/Senior Culinary Apprenticeship Qualifications up to Level 4.
• Hybrid role including online delivery, employer visits and classroom-based Chef training.
• Support learners to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
• Manage your diary to ensure timely visits and reviews.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner needs.
