The Opportunity Provider is seeking a Chef Trainer to inspire and train apprentices across Staffordshire and the West Midlands. This hybrid role combines travel to workplaces with remote/home-based work, supporting learners from early stages to independent skilled chefs.
You’ll deliver hands-on coaching, tailor learning plans, and help apprentices integrate maths and English into culinary practice while maintaining strong employer relationships.
Salary: From £29,000 + tax-free bonus | Location: Hybrid (covering staffordshire and West Middlands area) | Role: Chef Trainer

You'll work Monday to Friday, with a mix of home flexibility and workplace visits, offering a better work-life balance.
A typical week will include at least 3 days of travel within your area to visit apprentices, with the rest of your time spent working from home.
