Job summary

Welcome Break is hiring a Hotel Chef at our Ramada hotel. Immediate start available with flexible full-time or part-time hours. You’ll help prepare and cook meals for hotel guests across breakfast and dinner service, with support from a friendly team.

You’ll keep the kitchen clean and safe, follow food hygiene standards, and learn our routines with full training provided. Plus, £1 meals on every shift and overtime options.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience and an interest in cooking.

• Ability to stay organised during busy service.

As a Hotel Chef at our Welcome Break Ramada hotel, you’ll help prepare and cook food for our guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times as part of a friendly hotel team.

From food preparation and cooking to keeping the kitchen clean, safe and well organised, you’ll play an important part in making sure every guest enjoys a great meal and a comfortable stay.

What you’ll do as a Hotel Chef:

• Prepare, cook and present food for hotel guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well stocked, following food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Support with food preparation, stock rotation, temperature checks and kitchen routines as trained
• Work closely with the hotel team to keep service running smoothly and make sure guests have a great experience
