Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a Hotel Chef at our Ramada hotel in London to prepare and cook food for guests across breakfast and dinner services. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, safe and well stocked while supporting busy service times as part of a friendly hotel team.

You’ll have training on kitchen routines and food safety standards, enjoy £1 meals on every shift, and the chance to progress with the Welcome Break brand across multiple sites.

As a Hotel Chef at our Welcome Break Ramada hotel, you’ll help prepare and cook food for our guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times as part of a friendly hotel team.

From food preparation and cooking to keeping the kitchen clean, safe and well organised, you’ll play an important part in making sure every guest enjoys a great meal and a comfortable stay.

What you’ll do as a Hotel Chef:

• Prepare, cook and present food for hotel guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well stocked, following food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Support with food preparation, stock rotation, temperature checks and kitchen routines as trained
• Work closely with the hotel team to keep service running smoothly and make sure guests have a great experience
