Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a Hotel Chef at our Ramada hotel to prepare, cook and present meals for guests across breakfast and dinner services. You’ll support busy service times, keep the kitchen clean and well organised, and follow food hygiene and safety standards.

You will work as part of a friendly hotel team, with training provided on kitchen routines and menu items, ensuring guests have a great dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen setting.
• Ability to work breakfast and dinner service.
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food for hotel guests during breakfast and dinner.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well stocked in line with standards.

Earn up to £13.35 per hour, plus £1 meals on every shift

As a Hotel Chef at our Welcome Break Ramada hotel, you’ll help prepare and cook food for our guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times as part of a friendly hotel team.

From food preparation and cooking to keeping the kitchen clean, safe and well organised, you’ll play an important part in making sure every guest enjoys a great meal and a comfortable stay.

What you’ll do as a Hotel Chef:

• Prepare, cook and present food for hotel guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well stocked, following food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Support with food preparation, stock rotation, temperature checks and kitchen routines as trained
• Work closely with the hotel team to keep service running smoothly and make sure guests have a great experience
