Shooters Hill Sixth Form College seeks an experienced, enthusiastic Chef Supervisor to lead our busy Hospitality and Catering team. Producing up to 500 lunch portions daily, you will coordinate food preparation, supervise production, and ensure high standards of quality, hygiene and efficiency in our vocational college kitchens.

consistently high standards of food quality, hygiene and efficiency.Working alongside the Chef Lecturer, operational team and student chefs in a vocational college, you will help organise daily kitchen operations, supervise food production and ensure the effective preparation and mise en place required for the following day's service.We are looking for a proactive, adaptable and dependable chef who is comfortable with early starts and confident working independently at times to prepare and organise the kitchen ahead of service.
