Job summary

Shooters Hill Sixth Form College is seeking an experienced Chef Supervisor to lead its busy Hospitality and Catering team. This permanent, term-time role (39 weeks) requires hands-on supervision in high-volume production kitchens, producing up to 500 lunch portions daily.

You will coordinate food preparation, manage the kitchen team alongside the Chef Lecturer, and ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene and efficiency while maintaining early start routines.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume catering and supervising kitchen teams.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to start early and work in a fast-paced environment.
