Job summary

Shooters Hill Sixth Form College is seeking a Chef Supervisor to lead a busy Hospitality and Catering team. This role involves coordinating daily kitchen operations, supervising high-volume food production, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency in a vocational college setting.

You will work closely with the Chef Lecturer and student chefs, taking a hands-on supervisory approach and starting early to ensure the next day’s service is well-prepared.

• Able to lead by example and supervise kitchen operations.
