Job summary

Creative Management Services Ltd. are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Chef Supervisor to work in a busy secondary school kitchen in Seaham (SR7 0BH). You will lead, manage and support a catering team, maintain high hygiene and safety standards, and oversee food preparation and stock.

The ideal candidate will be organised, hands-on and confident in a fast-paced environment. Working 37.5 hours per week during term time only, with 42.4 paid weeks.

Applicants must have experience working in a busy kitchen as well as good cooking and management skills.

Working 37.5 hours per week (School term time only)

Paid weeks: 42.4

Seaham School operates a 37 week academic year plus 1 week.

Your start and finish times are likely to be 08:00 - 15:30 (Although this may be varied)
