Job summary

Blue Arrow is seeking an enthusiastic Chef Manager to lead a busy school kitchen, delivering fresh, nutritious meals to students and staff. You will prepare and serve high-quality meals, lead a kitchen team, and ensure food safety and health standards are met.

This role offers term-time hours (39 weeks), 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekends, and opportunities for ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• Must have catering experience, ideally in education or high-volume environments.
• Current DBS certificate or willingness to apply for one.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications or willingness to train.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance.
• Motivated, organised and able to inspire a team.
