East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a qualified Chef to join Rye Hospital Catering Team and support other ESHT sites as required. The role involves preparing, cooking, and serving meals for patients and staff at Rye Memorial Hospital, with attention to dietary needs and high hygiene standards.

You will manage stock, liaise with ward staff and delivery teams, and ensure compliance with food safety protocols.

Formación

• Must be a qualified chef with ability to work independently.
