Job summary

Haven is seeking a Chef to join a vibrant, supportive kitchen team. You will prepare high-quality meals to specification and work from our flexible all-day menu, delivering dishes that guests remember and helping make their stay special.

You should have previous chef experience (Commis, Chef de Partie or Sous Chef), a good grasp of cooking methods and equipment, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Chef role (e.g. Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or Sous Chef).
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Enthusiastic team player with a love for food and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy kitchen environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals to specification.
• Collaborate with a supportive kitchen team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.
• Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
