Job summary

Haven is seeking a dedicated Chef to join our vibrant kitchen in Pwllheli. You will prepare high-quality meals from our all-day menu, ensuring flavour, presentation, and consistency to delight guests.

Work alongside a supportive team to deliver memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. Previous kitchen experience is essential and you should be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Chef role (e.g. Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or Sous Chef).
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Enthusiastic team player with a love for food and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy kitchen environment.
