Haven is hiring a Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will prepare and cook high-quality meals from our all-day menu, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. You’ll work with a supportive team to maintain cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

We look for someone with previous chef experience, a good understanding of cooking methods, and a collaborative spirit. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Chef role (e.g. Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or Sous Chef).
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Enthusiastic team player with a love for food and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals to specification.
• Collaborate with a supportive kitchen team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.
• Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
