We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager based at Eviosys Aerosols in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Role responsibilities:

• Providing outstanding service to staff and customers
• Guiding and motivating your team to perform their best
• Being commercially aware and influencing daily business
• Maximizing team performance, leading by example, and setting high standards
• Enhancing sales and delivering excellent customer service
• Building strong relationships with the client to meet their needs and contractual obligations

More about the role:

• Services: Breakfast, Lunch, Vending
• Leading onsite catering team of 3 serving 200 customers
• Preparing high-quality food that delights clients and customers
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and front of house environments
• Ensuring proper use of all kitchen machinery and equipment
• Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
• Completing weekly reports and bookwork
• Stock taking and ordering

About you:

• Previous contract catering experience essential
• Excellent culinary skills
• Experience as a Chef Manager in a similar role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing client relationships
• Result-oriented with a focus on quality and processes
• IT literate (MS Office, email)
• Business management experience within a kitchen environment
