Gather and Gather in Stockport is seeking a Chef Manager to lead a 9-person kitchen team and craft menus aligned with client needs. The role runs 40 hours per week, 07:00–15:30, with a competitive £40,000 annual salary and on-site operations.

The ideal candidate will manage daily service, drive menu innovation, and ensure high-quality, timely food production while mentoring staff and collaborating with stakeholders.

• Invent and create menus in line with client and customer needs.
• Produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service.

• Assist in developing new service styles and concepts.
• Communicate menu requirements and order ingredients.

• Oversee breakfast and lunch service at site.

Location: Stockport, SK1, two minute walk from Stockport station

Working Pattern:40 hours per week, 07:00am - 15:30pm

Rate of Pay: £40,000 per annum depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
• To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
• To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
• To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and
  order necessary ingredients
• Manage a team of 9
