Gather & Gather is recruiting a Chef Manager to join our team at Arla Foods Settle Creamery in Darlington. The role leads a day-to-day catering operation in a busy environment, delivering breakfast and lunch for around 50 covers daily, while managing a small team and maintaining high standards.

The successful candidate will balance traditional dishes with modern trends, ensure food safety, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Chef Manager within contract catering, workplace dining, or a similar environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day catering operation in a busy B&I restaurant environment.
• Deliver a high-quality breakfast and lunch offer for ~50 covers per day.
• Manage and support the General Assistant, creating a positive working environment.
• Plan and deliver a food offer balancing traditional with on-trend dishes.
• Handle ordering, stock control, food costs and waste to meet budgets.
• Ensure food safety and health & safety standards are maintained.
• Build strong client relationships and focus on service excellence.
• Oversee kitchen and front-of-house to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
