Qualifications

• NVQ Level 1 or 2 (or working towards one)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner to standard recipes
• Support fine dining service for functions and events
• Follow recipe cards for consistent quality
• Assist with stock checks, deliveries and kitchen records
• Maintain food safety standards and temperature controls
• Help with daily/weekly kitchen cleaning schedules
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team
• Be coached and developed to grow confidence as a chef
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
