Job summary

Hampton Hargate Primary School, working with ABM Catering, is seeking a reliable Chef Manager to lead the school kitchen team. You will apply cooking skills, oversee menu planning, maintain stock and food safety records, and ensure high standards of hygiene and allergen awareness.

DBS and safeguarding checks are required, and full training plus a uniform are provided to support a smooth start. The role is based on-site with a focus on delivering nutritious meals for pupils and adhering to school

Qualifications

• Good cooking skills and relevant qualifications.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, allergies and menu planning.
• Good leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage stock, orders and food safety records.
