Chef Manager - Hounslow

Up to £33,000 per annum (DOE)

Monday - Friday 7am - 3.30pm

A DBS check will be required for this role

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our Eurest team in Hounslow. You will be providing outstanding service to the staff at the resort whilst guiding and motivating your team to be the best they can possibly be.

Services provided include lunch, Kiosk, Vending, and some hospitality.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Understand and deliver all contractual terms
2. Communicate any on-site client changes to line manager
3. Communicate regularly with the client
4. Complete action plans following client satisfaction surveys
5. Ensure all company promotions are correctly implemented
6. Identify additional opportunities and discuss with line manager
7. Analyze and effectively manage all in-unit costs
8. Monitor and manage GP
9. Ensure accurate input and maintenance of cost and sales records
10. Record and minimize food wastage
11. Support, train, coach, and develop your team
12. Implement and review all relevant HSE procedures within the unit
13. Ensure all HSE incidents are correctly reported and investigated, with relevant reviews of work procedures

About You

1. Experience in contract catering
2. Previous culinary experience is essential
3. Previous management experience in a similar role
4. Passionate about working in a food service environment
5. Good communication skills and ability to work positively with others as part of a team
6. Friendly, helpful, and polite
