Impact Food Group is seeking a Chef Manager at Queen Marys Grammar School, Walsall. You will run a high-volume kitchen, lead a Catering team, and deliver fresh, seasonal meals to hundreds of students each day.

The role is Monday to Friday, 7am-4.30pm (45 hours/week) with term-time weeks (42 weeks per year) and a £35,000 annual salary. You will manage menus, stock, budgets, and ensure food safety and excellent service.

• Experience managing a kitchen, ideally in schools or high-volume catering.
• Proven ability to cook fresh, seasonal food at high volumes.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Experience managing kitchen operations, stock, and compliance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and pride in maintaining high standards.
