Impact Food Group is seeking a Chef Manager to lead a high-volume school kitchen near Bexleyheath. You will manage a team, plan menus, control stock and budgets, and ensure food hygiene and safety standards.

Working Monday to Friday, 6:30am-4pm across 42 weeks per year, with daytime hours, you’ll deliver fresh, seasonal meals to hundreds of students while building strong relations with onsite clients. DBS checks apply.

• Experience managing a kitchen in schools or high-volume catering.
• Ability to cook fresh seasonal food at high volumes.
• Strong people management and team leadership.
• Experience managing kitchen operations, stock, and compliance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
