Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead kitchen operations across schools and hospitality sites in Henley-on-Thames from September. This temporary agency role offers flexible assignments and varied experiences, with pay rates of £18.00 to £24.00 per hour depending on experience.

You will oversee daily catering activity, manage staff, control stock, and ensure high food standards while maintaining hygiene compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Chef Manager or in a similar kitchen management role.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience working within schools or contract catering is desirable.
• Two satisfactory references.
• Enhanced DBS certificate
