Berkeley Scott is recruiting a Chef Manager for temporary agency work in Tonbridge and surrounding areas. You will oversee the day-to-day running of busy kitchens, lead and develop teams, and deliver high-quality, nutritious meals across school and hospitality settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar kitchen management role.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience working within schools or contract catering is desirable.
• Two satisfactory references and eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of busy kitchens.
• Leading, motivating and supporting kitchen teams.
• Planning and delivering high-quality, nutritious meals.
• Maintaining good food hygiene, health and safety and allergen standards.
