Job summary

Elior Group is seeking a Chef Manager to lead on-site operations at client sites in Swindon. You will recruit, induct, train, and support colleagues to deliver efficient, high-quality service across the Elior UK portfolio.

In this role you will motivate and manage a team, manage budgets, and maintain strong communications with clients and internal teams to ensure operational excellence. A strong catering background is desirable; you will work Mon-Fri with some early starts.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Chef Manager you will proactively manage teams on site as well as be accountable for recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.

• Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | 6:30am to 3:00pm | Occasional Saturday Breakfast Cover 7:00am to 11:00am | 40 Hours Per Week
