Job summary

Elior UK is seeking a Chef Manager to lead on-site teams at our Swindon site. You’ll recruit, induct, train and support colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality catering service for our client and customers.

Working Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday breakfasts, you’ll manage a budget, drive excellent customer service, and motivate staff to perform at their best across 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Formal leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience managing budgets and client liaison.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Chef Manager you will proactively manage teams on site as well as be accountable for recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | 6:30am to 3:00pm | Occasional Saturday Breakfast Cover 7:00am to 11:00am | 40 Hours Per Week
