Job summary

Caterplus – More Than a Meal, It’s a Community is seeking a Chef Manager at The Lakes to lead on-site teams, recruit, induct, train and support staff to deliver high-quality service to Elior UK clients.

You will motivate and manage the team, control budgets and maintain strong internal and external relationships, reporting to clients and ensuring operational excellence.

This role offers flexible working, a focus on frontline service, and opportunities to grow with Elior UK.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Chef Manager you will proactively manage teams on site as well as be accountable for recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.
