This role is based at Cambridge Academy for Science and Technology and is part of our Education division, catering for students. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, nutritious, fresh, and sustainable food for young people, supporting a healthy diet. What you’ll be doing…

As a Chef Manager, you will proactively manage on-site teams, including recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customers, and clients.

• Oversee food preparation for 400 - 500 covers per day, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Motivate and manage a team of 2 Catering Assistants.
• Control and manage budgets.
• Ensure ongoing team communication, build internal and external relationships, manage reporting, and liaise with clients to enable operational excellence.
